Ideas to Increase Income
On a recent episode of Listen Money Matters, Andrew and Thomas shared some tips to increase your income. They shared many ideas of side hustles and part time jobs that a person can do, including some unconventional options such as participating in the sharing economy. You might also find some of the sites that they share for selling extra furniture, books and other items useful. Of course, no discussion of supplemental income would be complete without discussing investing. They shared several options for investing in North America. Many of their suggestions have a low barrier to entry.
The Seated App
One way to generate wealth, is to spend less money, and Andrew and Thomas shared a few options of ways to do so. As a person who loves dining out, one option that is very interesting to me is Seated. Seated is an app (available for Android and iOS) that lets you save money when dining out. You use the app to make a booking, and then receive rewards that you can spend at Amazon, Starbucks or Lyft. Unfortunately it’s only available in 14 cities in North America, so I can’t try it out. I hope that some of you who are reading this will try the app and share your experiences with others!
